NO INTERNET CONNECTION
Step 1 – Check connections
First make sure that your PC has a connection to the wireless router. In most installations your PC is connected directly if not make sure that all cables are plugged in and all powered devices are switched on. Next we need to check if your pc has a valid IP address.
Go to Start>Control Panel>Network Connections. Look for your Local Area Connection icon and make sure it says connected. Now right click and select status>support. You should see an IP address assigned by DHCP and an address in the 192.168.0.X or 10.X.X.X range.
If the local area connection is disconnected or a limited internet connection warning appears, then either the power to the wireless router is disconnected or some LAN cables are unplugged.
